Conditions
  1. Completing an application form does not entitle a student to placement at the school. A place will not be reserved until all entry requirements are fulfilled, which will normally include an assessment to determine the level of English and academic ability of the child. The school reserves the right to refuse admission after the interview and examination.
  2. The application fee is non-refundable.
  3. To confirm reservation of a place, parents must deliver a refundable deposit, one per family, as indicated on the fee list. Payment must be made within 14 days of confirmation from the school that the student has been accepted. Reimbursement of the Student Deposit is given to the parents under a simple condition, that being; the parents must provide THREE MONTHS written notice, before the student leaves the school, assuming all outstanding fees and charges are settled and all text books are returned to the school.
  4. Once the child has been accepted by the school, the following documents must be provided/completed before the student joins the school
    (a) A photocopy of the passport of one of the parents,
    (b) Signed medical form (Provided by the school)
    (c) Signed waiver on Medical Expenses (Provided by the school)
    (d) Signed Document of Understanding on the Student Deposit (Provided by the school)
  5. The following criteria shall apply for payment and refund of all fees: (a) Fees and Charges must be paid within the dates specified by the school.
    (b) All fees and charges will be paid into the accounts specified by the school.
    (c) No refund of fees can be made for absence due to illness or any other causes.
    (d) For tuition fees paid termly, no refund is available for early withdrawal.
    (e) For tuition fees paid yearly, a refund for early withdrawal will be calculated by discounting from the total fees paid, the termly fee for every term attended (irrespective of whether the student has attended partially any given term).
    (f) At the discretion of the school, late payment of fees will be subject to a 5% surcharge
  6. The following conditions and criteria shall apply to matters concerning discipline, behaviour and day-to-day school life: (a) Parents agree to support the internal regulations of the School concerning general discipline and homework set for children.
    (b) The uniforms are to be worn by students in accordance with the school’s uniform policy.
    (c) If a child is absent from School, parents agree to inform the School by telephone of the reason as soon as possible. On returning to School, children must bring a note from their parents explaining the reason for their absence.
    (d) The School reserves the right to suspend or expel pupils who break the rules or for non-payment of fees.
    (e) Students may not smoke. They may not consume alcohol on School premises nor at official school functions unless specifically given permission to do so. Bringing into the School any type of drugs or dangerous weapons is strictly prohibited and renders a student liable to expulsion.
    (f) Pupils will not be allowed to leave the school on their own either at lunchtime or in the afternoon, unless the School has written permission from the parents for them to do so.
    (g) Parents of all children who use the School bus services should advise the School in good time if, on a particular occasion they are going to use another method of transport or are to be collected.
    (h) The School shall not be held responsible for the supervision of pupils left on the School premises more than 15 minutes before or after normal school hours, unless they are attending a special class or are enrolled for specially supervised groups.
  7. All pupils from the age of 6 years old and above must provide their own writing materials (pens, pencils, rulers etc). These items are not included in the cost of the school materials. The School does provide text, exercise books and other materials.
  8. Parents are liable for any deliberate damage caused by the child to school property, or to that belonging to teachers, employees, or other pupils.
  9. Parents must ensure that student’s medical insurance covers all medical expenses arising from accidents within the school premises or school trips, or cover for those expenses themselves. The school will not cover any student medical expenses.
  10. It is the parent’s responsibility to notify the school of any changes to their contact details.
  11. Normally the textbooks used remain the property of the School and are on loan to pupils. Pupils may retain them at the end of the year only if given permission to do so. Should a student lose a text or library book, the parent will be charged 150% of the book’s list price.
  12. Lunch is provided by the School, for which a charge is applied. Lunch is compulsory for all full-day students, and no refund is given for absence due to illness or any other causes.
  13. Parents consent for the use of photographs of their child(ren) on the school website, advertising and/or school’s printed materials as may be required for school publicity purposes.
