Community Fitness Programme BSB Beijing 23-05-2010
Community Fitness

The core belief of the Community Fitness Beijing program is that regardless of gender, age, or current physical capacity humans are built for movement. The CFB program is designed to challenge the individual through developing the basics of human functional movement in an environment that promotes teamwork, personal accountability, and collective success. A standard class consists of a dynamic warm-up, skills development and practice, and a group workout followed by a cool down period that introduces discussion topics related to health and fitness.

The program uses Crossfit™ methodologies and it is led by the first Crossfit™ certified trainer in Beijing, Jeremy Gilpin.
